Nestled in Southern California, our esteemed client is a high-end hospitality resort and entertainment venue, recognized as a premier destination and acclaimed as the best entertainment resort outside of Las Vegas. Renowned for its opulence and leisure offerings, the resort features stunning pools, luxurious spas, and a championship golf course, creating a haven for guests seeking a high-end and diverse getaway. The strategic design and captivating amenities have solidified the venue as a focal point of excitement and relaxation, drawing visitors from diverse backgrounds to indulge in the unparalleled experiences offered within this vibrant Southern California establishment.

Client Pain Points:

Our client grappled with the complexities of a vast, flat property, highly visible to guests, and subject to heavy foot traffic. The focal point was an elevated roof deck space and a flat outdoor corridor guiding guests from hotel rooms to the Pools and Spas. Previous attempts at landscaping fell short due to the challenging weather conditions, substantial sun exposure, and persistent high winds. The result was an ongoing struggle with tedious maintenance, and the quality of the landscape quickly deteriorated, costing the property additional resources, time, and money.

Artificial Plants Unlimited Solution:

Understanding the need for a comprehensive solution that considered both ground-level and aerial perspectives, our design team embarked on a transformative journey. We proposed a strategic use of our Areca/Grass Dividers and 6.5'H Hedge with 2-sided underplanting. These selections not only offered a visually stunning, weather-resistant, and UV-rated alternative but also alleviated the constant need for maintenance, providing a durable privacy barrier.

For the ground-level guest rooms, we maximized budget efficiency by repurposing existing planters and introducing the Areca/Grass Dividers with Mixed Underplanting. This choice not only enhanced the aesthetics but also contributed to a robust privacy barrier that required minimal upkeep.

The highlight of our intervention was the rejuvenation of the Sculpture Garden Plaza. Utilizing 15,000 Square feet of Plant Coverings, we meticulously designed plant patterns that reflected the client’s brand and narrative. By repurposing existing monuments unique to the venue and incorporating locally consistent red rock, we created a cohesive and visually compelling landscape.

Final Deliverables:

Artificial Plants Unlimited embarked on a site visit to capture the full scope of the project, engaging in one-on-one discussions with the client to comprehend pain points and project aspirations. Leveraging this insight, our design team meticulously crafted a custom solution that exceeded even the client's wildest imagination.

We presented the client with a 3D video rendering, offering a virtual walkthrough of the final masterpiece. Every detail, from plant patterns to the placement of repurposed monuments, was carefully visualized in a complete package. The result was a transformative redesign that not only addressed critical business needs but also told the client’s unique story.

Through our innovative artificial exterior plantscapes, our client has been given all the necessary tools to create a breathtaking outdoor space that will not only withstand the challenges of the local climate but also serve as a testament to the property's commitment to aesthetics, efficiency, and a guest-centric environment. The once complicated plot of land has been reimagined as an oasis of beauty, offering guests an enchanting experience as they traverse the property.
