A premier Southern California resort, recognized as one of the top entertainment destinations outside of Las Vegas, faced persistent challenges with outdoor landscaping across its expansive, high-traffic property. The venue’s exposed rooftop and flat walkways endured harsh sun, strong winds, and unpredictable weather, which led to ongoing plant degradation and high maintenance costs.
To address these issues, the resort partnered with Artificial Plants Unlimited to create a lasting, low-maintenance solution that would maintain visual appeal year-round while standing up to environmental stressors.
Artificial Plants Unlimited reimagined the outdoor spaces by incorporating UV-rated, weather-resistant faux plant elements throughout the resort. Our team repurposed existing planters and installed custom Areca / Grass Dividers and 6.5' faux hedges with double-sided underplanting - offering both privacy and bold design impact.
The standout element of the project was the Sculpture Garden Plaza, where over 15,000 square feet of artificial greenery was tailored to reflect the resort’s brand through custom plant arrangements and regionally inspired materials. With detailed design renderings and expert execution, we delivered a refined and resilient landscape solution that elevates the guest experience and seamlessly complements the resort’s luxury setting.
